Novix uses Firebase services to provide authentication, profiles, messaging, venue listings and bookings. We collect the information needed to operate the platform, including account details, profile information, venue submissions, booking details and uploaded images.

Information we collect

• Account details such as email address and user ID.
• Player profile details such as username, bio, location, profile photo, rating and reliability information.
• Venue manager details such as venue name, location, courts, pricing and verification notes.
• Bookings and messages created inside Novix.
• Uploaded images such as profile pictures and venue photos.

How we use information

We use this information to run Novix, show real player and venue profiles, process booking information, enable messaging, manage venue approvals and keep the service safe.

What we do not store

Novix does not store full banking details or card numbers in this website. Payments and payouts should be handled through a regulated payment provider before public payment launch.
