These terms apply to the Novix website, manager portal and related app services.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information. Venue managers must only submit venues they are authorised to manage.

Venue approvals

Submitting a venue does not guarantee approval. Novix may approve, reject or request more information before a venue appears publicly.

Bookings

Bookings shown in the manager portal are based on information submitted through Novix. Managers are responsible for keeping venue information accurate.

Safety

Users must not harass, scam, impersonate others or misuse messaging and booking tools.

Payments

Real payments and payouts should only be enabled through a secure payment provider. Do not submit full banking or card details unless Novix provides an approved secure payment flow.
